“A major problen with parking at the PVJ” part 2

.we drove down the concrete ramp within site of the area where we entered in our car in the morning....then we were detoured "down and down" into the depths of the older original parking area.....it must have taken around 20 minutes before after a series of twists and turns, we again saw the light of day and then had to wait another 4 to 5 minutes before paying for the parking.
